A. Member benefits are only available via the Flight Centre Corporate Benefits team. They are not available in-store or online.
Q. How many times can an employee/club member access benefits?
A. Members have unlimited access to benefits provided you meet eligibility criteria.
Q. What happens if I am no longer an employee or club member? Do I lose access?
A. If you leave your employment or club, you will lose access to benefits. Any benefits claimed or applied during your time of employment or membership will remain valid.
Q. How will I receive my discount offer benefits?
A. Upon signing up to become a Flight Centre Corporate Benefits member, you will receive an email including two unique voucher codes included. These codes will need to be provided to your Corporate Benefits travel expert at time of booking for savings to be applied.
